If you are just beginning to accumulate experiences on wheels on the roads of any place where you are safe, you have already run into some inconveniences that at first can cause a little fear. One of them is the wind, but do not be discouraged, for everything there is a way. Here are some  tips for driving in the wind.

The first thing is the posture. We would think that it should be rigid to face the wind, but no, especially in curves, it is best to let the wind indicate the direction of inclination to maintain balance, one must be well attached to the handlebars, but the legs and the the rest should be more flexible. It is possible that the wind will shift the trajectory a little, but nothing that means something serious.

Luggage  can be an inconvenient point of resistance against the wind, it is better to carry what is necessary and place it in the best way, so that it maintains the balance of the motorcycle.

Observing in  advance the reaction to the wind of elements such as trees and bushes helps us to anticipate a little and thus it is no longer a surprise that it takes us by surprise.

Protective equipment.  Obviously it is advisable to wear a good windbreaker jacket if we know that our destination includes refreshing waves of wind, they will not want to be paralyzed by the cold or that a clothing is an ally of the wind.

And oddly enough, in windy conditions, the speed is better if it stays a little high than low. Why? .. By physics. It is because when our wheels rotate they cause  a gyroscopic effect that keeps the motorcycle balanced and vertical moving forward, by reducing the speed we also reduce this effect.

Everything mentioned above is linked to the type of motorcycle we are riding, the type of road and our physical characteristics, the important thing here is to drive safely and with caution.
